UNITED SAFETY BREAKS GROUND

ODESSA, TX – Phoenix Construction recently hosted a groundbreaking for United Safety in Odessa, Texas, on a 2.86-acre site just south of Interstate 20. The new facility will contain 14,909 square feet under roof. Within the building itself, there will be an office, shop, and wash bay areas. The 4,000 square feet of office space will have ten individual offices, a shop break room, an office break room, as well as a coffee bar and a large conference room.

Phoenix Project Manager, Jared Boone, stated, “We’re very excited to get the project for United Safety underway, our team is set to build a quality facility here in Odessa.”

According to Boone, the warehouse will consist of approximately 7,200 square feet of shop space, as well as two offices measuring 400 square feet each. The drive through wash bay will be approximately 2,500 square feet, with a 260-square-foot wash equipment room. Also included is a well with a 100-square-foot wellhouse.

Justin is a southern guy at heart. He was born and raised in south Louisiana and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a business degree. He is both a salesman and an entrepreneur. Early in his career, he worked in sales for a division of ITT before starting Serco, a manufacturing and refurbishing company in the petrochemical, pulp, and paper industries.

In 2011, Justin moved his family to the Texas Hill Country to pursue his love of land, clean air, and small-town living. Over the years, he has developed a specialization in ranch, farm, and land properties with a focus on Central and South Texas. Justin bought Fredericksburg Realty in 2017 and is proud to work with some of the best real estate agents in Texas.

Justin lives in Fredericksburg with his wife, Amy, and their four busy children. He is active in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church ACTS community and has served on the Gillespie County Appraisal Review Board.
